Chivas West Apartments is one of our residential complexes located in Irving, Texas.  There are 72 units located on the property.  We have

 

 

1 bedroom/ 1.1 bath - 731 sq. ft loft style

2 bedrooms/ 1.1 bath - 841 sq. ft

3 bedroom/ 2.1 bath - 1050 sq. ft

Application Forms are available at the office or online through the "Apply Here" button.  We charge $25.00/adult (anyone over 18 yrs old who would be living in the unit.)

Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. After hours by appointment only.

 

Amenities of the complex include:

 

1. ALL BILLS PAID - Complex pays for electric, water, and trash.

2. Picnic area.

3. Onsite Laundry.

4. easy access to major thoroughfares.

5. Close to dining and shopping.

 

Some of the rules of the complex include:

 

1. No more than 1 pet. A minimum $400.00 pet deposit per pet is require, a minimum of $100 of the deposit will be non-refundable. Note: Pet deposit may be more than $400.00. Renter's insurance required for pet owners.

2. Dogs must be under 35 lbs. and no vicious breeds (or mixes) allowed, e.g. pitbulls, german shepherds, huskies, etc. Dogs must be crated when owner is gone. Dogs must be on leashes and cleaned up after.

3. City and state rules are enforced to keeping porches clean, no grills, etc.

4. City zoning rules apply. No more than 2 adults and 1 child per 1 bedroom, 2 adults and 2 children per 2 bedroom, and 2 adults 4 children per 3 bedroom.

5. We do not allow anyone with a felony or recent misdemeanor in our apartments. We do criminal background checks to make sure of this.
